After graduating with his bachelor's degree at SUNY Binghamton, Tim developed his experience and skills and joined our team at TrainSMART in 2016. In addition to using his Precision Nutrition Certification to help initiate behavioral change to improve fitness and nutrition, Tim shares his enjoyment of cooking and gardening with clients. He is also an amateur photographer and uses his runs and bike rides to capture the beauty of Buffalo.
Some ways he likes to stay active are enjoying hobbies such as biking, swimming, camping, playing tennis, running, and playing with his two Goldendoodles, Bailey and Paddington!
He values a balanced approach to Health and Wellness, and always aims to constantly improve and focus on several key areas such as Fitness, Nutrition, Social Relationships, Mental and Emotional Health, and Spiritual Well-Being. Throughout his life, he finds ways to learn new things and positively impact these key areas for continuous self-improvement.
