Pam’s philosophy is rooted in the notion that what we eat and how we process foods is unique to every individual, but that doesn’t mean healthy eating needs to be complex. Pam prides herself on keeping nutrition simple, based on evidence and basic concepts that can easily be built into any lifestyle. When Pam isn’t coaching clients about food, you can likely find her in her garden or kitchen, growing and preparing healthy meals for her family.
