Meet Brian, one of our students for the Spring 2023 semester!
Could you please state your name, where you’re going to college, what you’re majoring in, and when you will graduate?
"My name is Brian Saulon. I am a senior at the University at Buffalo. I’m majoring in Exercise Science and I will be graduating in May of 2023."
Why did you decide to major in Exercise Science?
"I decided to major in Exercise Science because I come from a sports background. Ever since I was young, I’ve been passionate about sports and everything revolving around it and have developed my interest further since then."
Why did you decide to do your student internship at TrainSMART Personal Fitness?
"I decided to do my internship here at TrainSMART because I saw Mr. Fox spoke at an internship
panel for UB. I was fascinated by the fact that he was so passionate about what he does and
ultimately wanted to soak everything in and learn as much as I could from him."
What are the three most important things that you are looking to learn at your internship
here?
"The three most important things I’d like to learn would be to develop a more sense of individuality, to develop more confidence, and to learn from everyone here at TrainSMART because everyone here is so smart and has a lot to offer."
What are your plans for after you graduate?
"I am thinking of doing a few years of training to ultimately gain more experience and to further my knowledge throughout the process as well."
