The one thing that I’ve learned from working with hundreds, if not thousands of people over the years, is we can’t make it simple enough.
“Keep It Simple Sweety.”
You just can’t. Can’t make it simple enough. It’s really the key. So I’ve identified the eight key components that I want to work on.
The single most important component is systematic undereating, or eating small portions is the single most important thing that you could do if that’s all that you take away from this training today. If your normal serving size is this big—if you can make it that big, to 40 percent less—that is the single most important thing that you could do to get leaner in a good, healthy, practical and sustainable way.
