This workshop is an attempt to bridge the gap between book smart knowledge and how to coach, teach, educate, motivate, inspire, get buy-in, and create relationships that lead to success.
Many Exercise Science & Doctor of Physical Therapy graduates are really smart and have great academic knowledge. They know their anatomy, origins and insertions, research, and are very book smart. However, these same graduates struggle with coaching, teaching, and building relationships. Research has shown that practitioners who are better at building relationships get better results than practitioners who have more education. This workshop is an attempt to Bridge that Gap and to help future practitioners to learn how to coach, teach, educate, motivate, inspire, get buy-in, and create relationships that lead to success.
